We recognize that carriers are the heart of the transportation industry. As such, we strive daily to maintain the best of relations with quality carriers throughout the United States. We want to be your preferred brokerage for both outbound and inbound lanes. In turn we pledge to offer the best available rates and to pass on fuel surcharges whenever applicable.
Contracts
To be qualified as a carrier with us, please contact us for a contract packet. To be qualifed, a carrier must maintain liability insurance of at least $1 million and cargo insurance of $100,000 plus a satisfactory safety performance rating by the DOT.
Payment
Our policy is to pay our carriers as fast as possible. The last thing we want is for a carrier to waste time making collection calls long after a delivery. For a small fee, you can get your money even faster if you turn in all paperwork and request a Quick Pay. On accasion, we advance 50 percent of the agreed rate and the rest after completion of job. Please ask your dispatcher of the options available to you.
