Our Rates
We calculate our base charges based on the Zip Code 60666 which is O'Hare International Airport. We do not charge weight for distances above 100 miles; neither do we charge for weight under 100 lbs for vans and 1,000 lbs for trucks.

Waiting Time
First 30 minutes are free at both loading and delivery points; after that a waiting charge of $25 per hour is applied for cargo vans and $35 for trucks.
Inside/Residential
Extra $10 for vans and $20 for trucks plus applicable additional time after first 30 minutes.
Add Stop
Additional stops besides pick-up and delivery locations are charged $10 for van local and $20 for trucks
local. Out of town charges are $30 and $50 respectively.
Unavailable
If freight is not availabe for pick-up after driver has been dispatched, we charge the usual base charge as an attempted pick-up.
Undeliverable
If freight cannot be delivered, we charge the actual delivery charge plus 50 percent for the return trip.
Fuel Surcharge
From time to time, we may charge a fuel surcharge when prices fluctuate. This is usually dependent on industry charges - please ask our dispatcher to advise you if it applies at time of quote.
Other charges might include load/unload lumper charges at some locations, driver assist, lift gate etc. Please discuss with our dispatchers any special services you might require beforehand so we can advise you on the proper equipment and service.
